About Us
Ceci & Sam's Story
Just over 10 years ago, as we entered our 40’s, we both experienced changes in our bodies that were confusing and that we struggled to understand…
Luckily being friends and colleagues in a similar situation we joined forces and embarked on a journey of learning.
From personal experience we know how navigating the unknown world of peri-menopause and menopause can feel overwhelming & some of the solutions being offered seem unattainable.
These last years we have spent time collecting information, trying out and deciphering what works.
We applied our professional expertise to our own lives – cutting through the noise, simplifying the process, and focusing on what really matters.
That’s how SABI Rebalance was born.
The SABi Story
Why We Created SABI Rebalance
Many women tell us that they have lost sight of their former self, that they are lost on their health path, that they don’t recognise their body anymore & it doesn’t respond in the way it used to, We are here to share with you how you can get back on track & feel in control & more like you again.
SABi’s mission is to support “lost wise women” – women who have lost trust in themselves, are unsure where to start, & don’t believe they have the tools to help themselves through this transition.
Our goal is to share simple, safe & reliable, science backed lifestyle tools, suited to the changing female physiology, enabling women to take back control of their body and mind and begin to feel like themselves again, whilst respecting each individuals needs & challenges.
Essentially, SABi’s purpose is to empower women to trust themselves, maintain their energy, confidence & vitality, and continue contributing meaningfully throughout all decades of their lives.
Our hope is for all women to feel ‘Sassy at 70’
Each woman’s journey and health needs are different and can vary depending on what is going on in her wider environment. Between work, young children, teenagers, young adults, partners & aging parents we know the true demands of a REAL life & its moving goal posts & curve balls.

COMMUNITY
We believe in the 5 core Pillars of Well-being because REAL health is never just one thing & one size never fits all. NOURISHMENT that works for you, your life style & your body. Exercise of the right kind & in the right dose. SLEEP because quality rest is non-negotiable. Managing STRESS with small tools that result in big shifts, & last but not least a supporting COMMUNITY because you don’t have to do this alone.
Why It Matters
This is a normal life chapter — its a transition period – & you don’t have to go it alone.
Every woman’s experience of perimenopause and menopause is different.
Your body, your lifestyle, your stress, your history — they all shape your path & your start point.
You deserve support that respects that.
We’re here to help you move through this transition with more clarity, ease and energy — and maybe even discover a better, calmer, wiser version of yourself along the way.
What's in a Name?
Why SABI?
Because SABI is a Japanese word that describes a Beauty that stems from age.
It refers to the patina of age and the concept that changes due to use may make an object more beautiful and valuable.
This also incorporates an appreciation of the cycles of life as well as careful, artful mending of damage.
